About the publication
About AI Signal
AI Signal covers the parts of the AI cycle that actually change how products get built: model launches, tool shifts, research that matters in practice, regulation that changes constraints, and business moves that reshape the ecosystem.
Audience
Developers, builders, operators, founders, and product teams who need signal without the AI-content sludge.
Format
Short, source-linked briefs plus practical resources such as guides, model comparisons, and selected hardware or workflow picks.
Standard
Useful, attributed, and reviewable. If a story is thin or uncertain, we would rather say that than pad it with filler.
What we do
AI Signal is a practical AI intelligence site for developers and builders. We cover AI models, tools, research, business, and software updates — filtered to what actually matters.
We don't aim to publish every AI story. We aim to cover the updates that change workflows, tooling, budgets, capabilities, or policy in a meaningful way.
How it works
Our pipeline:
- We monitor trusted sources — AI company blogs, research institutions, industry publications, and selected industry media.
- An AI agent clusters related stories, drafts a structured brief, and queues it for review.
- A human editor reviews every brief before it publishes — approving, editing, or rejecting.
- Published articles always link back to their original sources.
Sources
We prioritize official sources: AI company blogs, model release notes, research labs, academic publications, and policy or regulatory sources. Secondary sources include established AI and developer media. Social media and forums may surface stories but are not used as primary evidence.
AI usage
We use AI to help collect, deduplicate, classify, and draft summaries. We do not use AI to invent facts, report rumors, or publish without human review. If a brief is uncertain, we say so.
